How to use AIOU DTS Degree Tracking System

To use the AIOU DTS degree tracking system, you’ll need to provide your Roll Number (e.g., BO680724) or Degree Tracking ID (e.g., EBN-AGZ-2G33). Once you enter this information, click the “Check Status” button. A new page will display the current status of your degree and any outstanding objections.

AIOU DTS Status Types

The AIOU DTS system displays different statuses to indicate the progress of your degree. Let’s explore these statuses in detail.

In Process Applications

For in-process applications, the system will display a schedule or any outstanding objections. If there’s an objection, it will be highlighted in red bold font. You’ll need to address this issue before AIOU University can dispatch your degree to your postal address.

The degree status shows an objection regarding attested copies. You have 30 days to resolve this issue. Please note that if you fail to address the objection within this timeframe, your application will be automatically rejected, and you’ll need to resubmit all required documents.

How to Complain about AIOU DTS Record Status

Sometimes, the AIOU DTS Portal might not display the most recent status of your degree. For instance, if you’ve resolved an objection within the given timeframe but the portal hasn’t updated, you can file a complaint to get the correct information.

To file a complaint about the DTS status with AIOU University, follow these steps:

  1. Write a formal complaint letter: Address the letter to the Controller of Examinations at AIOU University, Islamabad.
  2. Verify your case: Ensure that you’ve completed your case and addressed any objections.
  3. Choose your method: You can submit your complaint online via email or by sending a handwritten application through the postal office.
  4. Await a response: Expect a reply within 2-3 business days. If you don’t receive a response, follow up on your complaint.

How to Check Degree Dispatch Status

If your application is approved, the AIOU DTS system will display the following status: “Your PC/Degree has been Dispatched at your given address.” You’ll also receive a text message from AIOU confirming the dispatch. If you don’t receive your degree, contact your local post courier office or TCS center.

If you’ve received a dispatch notification but haven’t yet received your degree, here’s what to do:

  1. Track your delivery: Visit the Pakistan Post website (https://ep.gov.pk/).
  2. Locate the tracking field: Use the “Tracking ID” search bar to check the status of your dispatch.
  3. Find your tracking number: Enter the Post/Courier No. (RGL number) you can obtain from the AIOU-DTS Portal.
  4. Check delivery status: Once you enter the details, you’ll see the current location of your degree and estimated delivery date.
  5. Request pickup (optional): If you prefer, you can request to collect your degree in person from the post office. Be prepared to provide any verification they may require.
